No matter where you are or who you are, the pandemic has drained us all. Pollen wanted to do a community check-in-- are you okay? As communities continued to burrow into Zoom calls, studio apartments, and home offices that doubled as daycares, we felt that our studio needed to provide space for people to commune, vent, and find comfort and advice. Collaborating with Meg Lionel Murphy, I helped art direct the calls to action and brand identity of this campaign to provide a series of images that welcomed and reminded folks that it is okay not to feel okay. We hosted six, free, weekly virtual gatherings for nearly 1,600 members of our community featuring 23 perspectives from BIPOC and women musicians, healers, artists, mental health professionals, small business owners, nonprofit leaders, organizers, and faith leaders.
