Charities Review Council’s biennial gathering for engaged and passionate civic-minded leaders had a mission to identify the power dynamics and how there’s evidence that the old ways of doing things are crumbling. Damaging patterns that have guided institutional structures for centuries are beginning to break. What I chose to showcase through both the concept and execution of the design for this event was both an experience and takeaways that left a sense of hope within those who attended the event. Presentation decks, print takeaways and partnering with local photography to keep the audience engaged was necessary to encourage people to unpack their experiences and share how to better tomorrow.
